HOW DO I PUT ON A LACE FRONT WIG?

OR THE BASICS ARE:
Before the first wear, carefully trim back the lace in a semi circle around the forehead, make sure to leave about 1.5cm to 2.5cm of lace or whatever you feel comfortable with it differs with everyone.
For better stability use a wig cap or old stocking.
When putting on a lace front wig DO NOT put it on upside down then flip it over your head, it's the quickest way ruin a styled wig or make a Shake & Go ratty, hold it like you're putting on a swimming cap other the top of the head and lowering it on.
To secure the lace front wig you can use geisha pins or spirit gum, when using spirit gum adhere to the temples and wait till tacky, then with a piece of stocking or soft fabric gently apply pressure to glue the lace down, using the stocking not only avoids getting spirit gum on your fingers but also blends the lace into your skin better.
HOW DO I WASH AND CLEAN MY LACE FRONT WIGS?
Soak in lukewarm water and add washing powder or fabric softener and then rinse. (ie, NapiSan, cuddleys, ect.)
Carefully hang by the nape of the neck to dry naturally.
Some people do use silicone based conditioner to wash them instead of fabic softener.

CAN I USE MY GHD/HAIRSTRAIGHTENER ON MY LACE FRONT WIG?
You can use certain temperature controlled hairstyling tools on a low setting 140°C/28°F and under.
but you have to be super careful because direct heat will end up melting the synthetic fibres of the wig.
Styled by Esther recommends to only to use steam to style and straighten your lace front wig as it is more gentle on the synthetic fibers.
We believe it's better to be safe than sorry.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and
in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal
instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for
$200, you pay 4 instalments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay
so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest free and you will
receive your order as per the SBE shipping policy.
WHAT IS ZIPPAY?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping will incur additional costs and will be calculated based on your location.
Custom styling turn around is estimated within 4-5 weeks from approval of payment. orders of 3 or more wigs may take longer to complete.
When available, for an additional price you can fast track your custom styled wig to be completed between 2-3 weeks, this time frame does not include postage time and can only be applied for orders of Maximum 2 custom styled wigs (i.e cannot express style orders of 3 or more than styled wigs).
We package our custom styled hair with care so as to keep the hair intact as best as possible, SBE does not take any responsibility for any lost or damage product in transit. Once your custom styled wig arrives it is the customers responsibility to store and take care of their wig including basic upkeep and maintenance, see above FAQ's for more information on after care for your new do!
We ship via Express Post (Tracking number can be provided), Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of this product and sanitary concerns, SBE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
If there are questions about the colour, please ask before purchasing - We will not accept refunds/returns if a customer decides a colour does not suit them after receiving the wig.
Style by Esther makes every effort to ensure colours are accurate, but understands that colour may vary from screen to screen, so before placing an order please check the pictures on an alternate electronic device (Phone, laptop, iPad ect) as each monitor may have different graphical settings which can alter image.
All images are taken in a professional studio with as closely as possible to its true colour.
Make sure you are confident with your choice as there is No Cancellations.
We will replace or refund orders only if the item is defective or has factory faults.
